Field 1 Choose your desired action, fill out the form, and click "Submit"

Field 2 Enter your User ID and Password

Password (Date of Birth?)

IMPORTANT: If you registered before Jan. 1, 2006, your User ID is your full name, such as "Sir Edmund Hillary," and your Password is your birth date in YYYYMMDD, such as 19530529 for a birthday on May 29, 1953. You may edit your User ID and Password by selecting "Edit Membership Info" from the Members' Pages menu.

Field 3 Select your point of interest

Peak, Elevation (USGS Quadrangle or Country)

Field 4 Check the "No Date" box or enter the date of your climb using the MM DD YYYY date format. Separate the month, day and year with a space; single digits for days and months are acceptable. Thus, "5 29 1953" is the correct format for a peak climbed on May 29, 1953.

Field 5 Check "A Favorite Climb" and/or "Unsuccessful Summit Attempt" if appropriate.
